Emily Duvick

Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist

Emily Williams (She/Her/Hers), had been working in the therapy field for over 6+ years. As an Art Therapist she likes to explore using creativity to support those working with her to become their best, most authentic selves. Offering both, individual therapy in person and via telehealth sessions; Emily primarily works with teenagers, adults, and elders. Through working together she hopes to help empower others to self advocate and set boundaries.

Many people have been raised by emotionally immature caregivers and navigating the world as a person can be difficult when you haven’t been provided with the tools for success, or if you feel that you had to grow up too fast in order to meet the needs of your caregivers and family.

Emily has received additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to better help people move through their trauma, depression, anxiety, and in learning more about their own identity and sexualities/genders. Emily is a non-religiously affiliated therapist that provides space and time to explore one's true self.
